SaaS stands for Software as a Service, a cloud-based service where applications are hosted on the internet and made available to users via web browsers, eliminating the need for installation.

TerraCasa is an AI based SaaS application that automatically generates bespoke marketing campaigns based on your industry and specific client base. TerraCasa takes into account over 100 “signals” to predict when to reach out to your customers so you can stay in touch with them when they most need your services thus vastly improving customer retention and revenue from repeat business.

TerraCasa can be accessed through a web browser at TerraCasa.ai with your login credentials.

Different data are analyzed each day to predict customer needs and compose campaigns. You are in control of how often the campaigns are sent via the “approve” button.

We analyze over 100 internal and external signals to predict your customer needs and are thus able to generate bespoke individual, zip code level or region wide campaigns.

Customers are contacted via email or text only. You have the ability to authorize or cancel the campaigns. You thus have the option to send as many as you like.

We are in Beta test at the moment. If your profile is a good match for the Beta program, you can get access to the service for up to 6 months free of charge. We expect to launch a paid subscription program in the summer.

We implement multiple security measures to protect user data, including TLS/SSL encryption, secure storage, and regular security reviews. Our infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with Firebase, which provides built-in security features. While we take reasonable precautions to safeguard your information, no system is completely immune to security risks. We recommend using strong passwords and enabling additional security features where available.

You can cancel your subscription through your account settings at any time. Your subscription will cancel in the next billing cycle (depending on whether you have chosen a monthly or yearly subscription)

No installations are required, as the software runs in the cloud. However, there are integrations that require initial setup.
