We store and process data using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), specifically Firebase Firestore, with servers located in the West Coast region of the United States.
Our services are designed for users in the United States, and we are not subject to GDPR compliance. However, we implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. While we take reasonable steps to secure your information, Google Cloud Platform manages the underlying infrastructure, and data handling is subject to their policies. 5.2 Data Retention:
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. 5.3. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning:
We do not use personal data to train AI or Machine Learning models. However, we may use Google's Gemini AI services to process data for specific functionalities, such as generating responses or enhancing user interactions.
