3. Account Registration

1. Eligibility: You must be a legal entity or an individual at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
2. Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

4. Use of Service

4. Third-Party Integrations: The Service may integrate with third-party services. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the performance or security of third-party services.

5. Fees and Payment

1. Subscription Fees: Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis. You agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as specified on our website or in your subscription agreement.
2. Payment Terms: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable fees.
3. Subscription Changes and Cancellations: You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes or cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

2. Client Data: You retain all rights, title, and interest to your data.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through Arbitration in King County, Washington.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
